What is a credit?
A credit is the simplest unit we could think of: 1 credit = 1 page in your bundle. When you commit a finished crawl and download bundle.json, that spends one credit per page. Crawling, classifying, and reviewing are always free — importing into WordPress costs no extra credits.
Can I buy more credits?
Yes — anytime. Extra credits are always available at 79p each, and you save more by buying in bulk (100, 250, or 500-credit packs). Top-up credits are added straight to your balance.
What happens if I run out of credits?
Nothing breaks. You can keep crawling and previewing for free, and migrate again the moment you top up or your monthly credits renew. There are no overage charges or surprise bills.
Do unused credits roll over?
Your monthly plan credits reset at the start of each billing cycle. Extra credits you purchase in a pack never expire — they stay in your balance until you use them, which is ideal for agencies with uneven workloads.
How does annual billing work?
Pay annually and you get two months free — you're billed for ten months but receive twelve months of credits. You can switch between monthly and annual from the AIRA app at any time.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Of course. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel whenever you like from the AIRA app. Changes take effect from your next billing cycle and any purchased credit packs remain yours.
Roughly how many credits does a typical rebuild need?
Because 1 credit = 1 page, just count your pages. A 50-page brochure site is around 50 credits; a 200-page site is around 200. Most studios find a single Pro plan comfortably covers a month of client work.
