These are the problems we see most often — especially blocked crawls on Cloudflare-protected sites.
Crawl comes back empty or blocked
Most sites work with no setup. If Cloudflare or a firewall blocks our servers, use your Crawl setup token in a WAF rule, or paste a residential proxy URL.

The importer shows how many field keys match (e.g. 42 / 48). A low number means the destination site's ACF blocks don't match the export your spec was built from.

In the review screen, reassign the block from the dropdown before importing. Regenerate your spec with AI enabled for sharper trigger rules on near-identical blocks.

Some old hosts block hotlinking (403). The importer lists failed image URLs so you can re-host them. Check disk space and upload limits on the destination site.

Upload jobs in the ACF Migrate plugin are held for about an hour. If it expires, re-upload the same bundle.json — your work isn't lost.

Describe your issue in as much detail as possible. For crawl problems, include the old site URL and any error text from the crawl log (e.g. “Cloudflare; WAF hard block”). For billing, include the email you use to sign in at app.wpaira.com.

Crawl setup
If a site blocks AIRA, open Crawl setup in the app. You'll find your personal token (aira-…) for a Cloudflare WAF rule, and a field for a BYO residential proxy.
