These are the problems we see most often — especially blocked crawls on Cloudflare-protected sites.

Describe your issue in as much detail as possible. For crawl problems, include the old site URL and any error text from the crawl log (e.g. “Cloudflare; WAF hard block”). For billing, include the email you use to sign in at app.wpaira.com.

Crawl setup

If a site blocks AIRA, open Crawl setup in the app. You'll find your personal token (aira-…) for a Cloudflare WAF rule, and a field for a BYO residential proxy.
