ACF Migrate WordPress plugin

The WordPress plugin that turns an AIRA bundle into native ACF block drafts — media sideloaded, links rewritten, SEO attached.

After you commit a crawl in AIRA, download bundle.json and run the ACF Migrate plugin on your destination site. It creates draft posts and pages with serialize_block() output matching your registered block library — not generic HTML blobs.

What migrates

extension

Native ACF blocks

Imports use your exact block names and field keys from the mapping spec — editors see real blocks, not shortcodes.

extension

Media sideload

Images referenced in blocks download to the Media Library and update block field URLs automatically.

extension

Link rewriting

Internal links in ACF link fields and content update to new paths from your redirect map.

extension

Draft import

Nothing publishes until you review. Bulk-import hundreds of pages, then QA in batches.

How it works

01

Download from AIRA

Commit your reviewed crawl in the AIRA app and download bundle.json plus the plugin zip.

02

Install on destination

Upload the ACF Migrate plugin to your new WordPress build. ACF Pro and your block library must be registered first.

03

Run the import

Point the plugin at bundle.json. Drafts appear in wp-admin with blocks, media and SEO ready for review.

Common questions

Do I need ACF Pro?expand_more
Yes. AIRA outputs native ACF blocks. Your destination site needs ACF Pro with the same block library you exported to generate the mapping spec.
Can I re-run an import?expand_more
Yes — useful after fixing mapping in AIRA. Import again as drafts and compare. Delete or overwrite previous draft imports as part of your QA workflow.
Where do I get the plugin?expand_more
Download the ACF Migrate importer from the AIRA app after committing a crawl. It's included with every account — no separate licence.
