Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your use of the AIRA marketing website and the AIRA application at app.wpaira.com. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use AIRA.
AIRA uses artificial intelligence
Content mapping, block classification, and field population are assisted by AI. Output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for your site. You are responsible for reviewing every page as a draft before anything goes live. Do not rely on AIRA output without human verification.
1. The service
AIRA helps WordPress agencies and developers migrate content from an existing website into Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) blocks on a new build. The service crawls source URLs, classifies page sections, and produces a bundle for import via the ACF Migrate plugin.
AIRA is a tool to speed up rebuilds — not a substitute for professional judgement, QA, or client sign-off. We do not guarantee that migrated content will match the source site in layout, wording, imagery, SEO, or legal compliance.
2. Artificial intelligence & accuracy
AIRA uses artificial intelligence and automated heuristics to analyse web pages and map content to your ACF block library. AI systems are probabilistic: they can misidentify block types, omit fields, duplicate content, assign text to the wrong component, mishandle media or links, or fail on unusual markup, languages, or site structures.
- Confidence scores and review flags are guides only — not guarantees of correctness.
- Crawling may miss pages, hit access restrictions, or return partial content even when a site appears to load normally in a browser.
- When AI is disabled or unavailable, AIRA may fall back to generic text blocks or simpler heuristics, which can reduce mapping quality.
You must review all output in the ACF Migrate importer and in WordPress before publishing. AIRA imports pages as drafts by default so you can correct errors first. Publishing without review is at your own risk.
3. Your responsibilities
- You have the right to crawl and migrate the source content (client permission, contract, or ownership).
- Your ACF field-group export accurately reflects the destination site's block library.
- You verify migrated content, images, links, redirects, and SEO metadata before go-live.
- You keep backups of source and destination sites.
- You comply with applicable law, including data protection, copyright, and accessibility requirements.
- You do not use AIRA to scrape or copy content you are not entitled to use.
4. Accounts, credits & billing
Credits are consumed when you commit a migration run and download a bundle (typically one credit per page in the committed bundle). Crawling, previewing, and reviewing are free unless we state otherwise in the app.
Paid plans and top-up packs are billed via Stripe. Prices are shown in the app and on our pricing page. Subscriptions renew monthly unless cancelled; purchased credit packs do not expire unless stated otherwise at purchase.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. In summary: fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started or credits have been added to your account, except where the law requires otherwise or we approve an exception (for example duplicate charges or platform failures).
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use AIRA for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive purposes.
- Attempt to bypass rate limits, security controls, or another site's access restrictions without authorisation.
- Reverse engineer, resell, or overload the service.
- Upload malicious files or content you do not have rights to process.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules or pose a risk to the platform or third parties.
6. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of your content, ACF exports, and migrated output. AIRA, its software, branding, and documentation remain our property or our licensors'.
You grant us a limited licence to process your uploads and crawl URLs you submit, solely to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your client sites or WordPress builds.
7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
AIRA is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement — including any warranty that AI-generated mappings will be accurate, complete, or suitable for production use.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses — including lost revenue, client disputes, downtime, data loss, or reputational harm — arising from AI errors, crawl failures, import issues, or your decision to publish unreviewed content.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you paid to us in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) £100. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UK law (including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
8. Third-party services
AIRA integrates with third-party services (for example Stripe for payments, hosting providers, and AI infrastructure). Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party outages or policy changes.
9. Changes & termination
We may update these terms or change features and pricing. We will post the revised date at the top of this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
You may stop using AIRA at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms or if we discontinue the service, with reasonable notice where practicable.
10. Governing law & contact
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts in England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
