235 URLs: marketing pages + WooCommerce products
The largest crawl in our benchmark. Marketing templates mapped to ACF blocks; product URLs crawled for content consistency. Review was spread across two days; still far below manual quoting.

The challenge
Rebuild on a native block theme while keeping WooCommerce product data accurate. Marketing pages were Elementor; products used a mix of short descriptions and ACF fields on singles. Manual migration at two minutes per URL minimum was unrealistic — 235 URLs implied weeks of labour.

Block accuracy after review
~30% of blocks still needed manual images (often SVGs)

Approach
- 01
Separate product templates
Product archive and single templates rebuilt in theme. AIRA crawled product URLs for body content and SEO meta — not a substitute for Woo CSV where stock lived.
- 02
Phased crawl
Marketing paths first, then /product/ URLs in batches. Excluded cart, checkout, and account paths.
- 03
Team review queue
Two developers split low-confidence blocks. Product galleries needed manual image QA — 30% of blocks.
- 04
Redirects at scale
Category and product slug changes merged into one redirect map — 400+ 301 rules after dedupe.
“We stopped pretending two developers could hand-migrate 200 product pages. AIRA got us to reviewable drafts; we focused on templates and stock.”

Lessons
- lightbulbLarge projects need phased crawls and path filters — not one blind export.
- lightbulbWooCommerce still needs template dev; AIRA handles content mapping into blocks.
- lightbulbProduct image galleries remain the longest manual pass.
FAQ
Does AIRA replace WooCommerce product import?expand_more
Not for SKUs, stock, or attributes from CSV. This project used AIRA for rendered page content and SEO into blocks; structured product data still came from Woo tooling where needed.
